We had a special "Jellicle" Dinner for April Fool's Day. With the supply shortage, Chefs Stephen and Tiffany had to be very imaginative, but they put together a wonderful dinner.

We started with some delicious bread in the shape of sea creatures.

The menu itself was a bit of a mystery.

Croquebouche were savory cream puffs filled with a delicious bacon cream.

"Water" was a yummy tomato soup with prawns swimming in it.

"Porridge" was steel cut oats with bits of chicken throughout.

"Sunny Side Up" was a palate-cleanser sorbet - coconut for the egg white and mango for the yolk.

"A Walk Through the Garden" was the main course with a filet, carrots, and other vegetables.

Finally, the "sushi" dessert had sweet sushi rolls with shortbread chopsticks and yummy dips that resembled wasabi, soy sauce, and ginger.
