We sailed back into Fort Lauderdale early in the morning. We awaited our turn to disembark, went through customs and boarded the bus for a tour of Fort Lauderdale on our way to the airport.
We first drove past the beaches and buildings of Fort Lauderdale with a short walk learning a little about the history of the early settlers.
The main part of the tour was a boat tour of Millionaire's Row and the harbor. We had a final view of Zuiderdam in the harbor.
Then the adventure was over. We flew home where we were met by our son Jordan and returned home and back to real life!
Wow - lots of fancy houses! I like the little house that is right on the beach! How did it feel to get back to USA and to your home and regular life?
